The Oscar and Lilly Head Office and Warehouse is in Sydney, Australia. We are located on the gorgeous Northern Beaches region approximately 5 minutes from Manly Beach or 20minutes north of the Sydney CBD.

Wholesale Enquiries

Oscar and Lilly is a division of Morrow Innovations who produce and distributes the simply gorgeous Oscar and Lilly Garment and Accessory Range. We currently have hundreds of retailers throughout Australia and world-wide who sell the Oscar and Lilly Range in physical stores or via online stores. We welcome new business and would love to hear from you.

Opening Times

Our offices and showroom are open: Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Saturdays we are open by Appointment only so we do ask you phone us to arrange a time to come in and see the showroom to avoid disappointment.

You can however shop securely online 24hours a day 7 days a week for Fast delivery Australia Wide and World Wide.

Goods will only be shipped once payment has been processed. Goods paid for by Cheque, Money Order and Direct Deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared, this may take up to 5 days.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will be glad to make an exchange or offer you a credit (valid for 12months) for any items you are not completely happy with. Exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by calling 1300 418 494 or emailing us at info@oscarandlilly.com and obtaining a Return Authorization number. Please have your order number ready to quote to the customer service consultant when you contact us.

If you have purchased the wrong size or colour, or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Oscar and Lilly will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:

  • All products must be returned within ten days of receipt.
  • The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
  • No returns or exchanges on personalised, custom coloured or sale items.
  • No returns or exchanges on bulk orders of 10 items or more.

The items MUST be returned Oscar and Lilly within 10 days of Receipt. Returned items received after this date will unfortunately not be honored.

In the Interests of Hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Underwear, Pierced Jewellery or Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed. Please note all items must be returned in original condition with all Tags and Packaging in tact. We reserve the right to return any product that does not meet these requirements.

ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.

Please ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Please also include a return postage satchel to send back the exchanged item for you. For International Orders you will be charged the new shipping fee’s applicable. We will communicate charges with you.

Please enclose a copy of your Returns Form with the Shipment.

Oscar and Lilly does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any exchanges. Oscar and Lilly is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Oscar and Lilly is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 10 day return policy.

We do not offer Refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We do our very best to try and keep our website updated. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item you are ordering is backordered, Oscar and Lilly will contact you to let you know. If you need further assistance, please e-mail us at info@oscarandlilly.com or call us at 61 2 9907 6530.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Please note there is no exchange for personalised items unless we have incorrectly personalised your items. If you do not give us the correct details for personalisation we will have to charge you again to re- make the product. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding personalisation.

Please allow up to 28 days to receive personalised Items.

  • Personalised (e.g. engraved or specially printed items) and Custom Coloured Items: 4 weeks
  • Personalised Stationery (where we are printing your details on the stationery): 3 – 6 weeks (please contact us if your require your order urgently)
  • Personalised Clothing– 7 days. Phone us for Urgent or Express Personalised Deliveries.

DELIVERY

Standard Delivery Time Frame

Non-Personalised Orders will typically arrive within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping throughout Australia. West Coast and remote location customers please allow an extra 2 days.

All Australian Orders are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel and E-Parcel Express and require Signature on delivery. YES! We will ship to PO Boxes.

New Zealand Customers allow up to 14days for major cities and longer for remote locations.

International Orders please allow up to 21days for Standard Air Mail Shipping.

International Courier

-    New Zealand: 2-3days
-    USA and Canada: 3-6 working days
-    UK and Europe: 4-5 working days

It is recommended that you leave a work address for shipping where someone will be there to receive the package. It is not the responsibility of Oscar and Lilly if the package is left unattended and goes missing.

Australia Wide Express Shipping – For Oscar and Lilly Product ONLY.

You may select Express Shipping for Items within the Oscar and Lilly “To-be-wed-wear” Range Only.

Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) EST will dispatch by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date.

Express shipping to SA, WA, NT and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

you can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

PRIVACY POLICY

The database of information that Oscar and Lilly gathers through electronic business will not be given or sold to any other organisation.

SECURITY

Oscar and Lilly uses 128 bit SSL encryption for transactions. Also for your protection transactions are carried out in real-time with the bank (in a similar way to EFTPOS) so we do not view or store your credit card details.
